Marsha Vacca
Marsha is currently serving as President for PWA Insurance Services, as well as a Director of Marketing for the Family Heritage Group, LLC. She is also a Professor of Youth Ministry for the Trinity Life Bible College. Marsha pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of California Irvine in Biological Sciences and received her Master's Degree in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. She has also served as a Youth Pastor at the Elim Presbyterian Church as well as a Brokerage Director at MassMutual Financial Group. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of East Sacramento, as well as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Marsha also holds a Professional License as a California Life/Health Agent/Registered Representative.

Brooke Frances
Brooke has served on several nonprofit Boards for organizations ranging from membership associations to funded arts outreach programs. Various nonprofit positions held include Chairman, President, Secretary/Treasurer, and At Large positions. Her nonprofit experience spans over 15 years with a focus on strategic and operational planning and management. Ms. Frances previously ran her own small business specializing in corporate, marketing, and employee communications. She held several positions at Visa International over 16 years including Director, Management Communications, responsible for employee communications, an executive speaker’s bureau, and community relations.

Gail Clarke
Gail received her Master’s Degree in Counselor Education at the University of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and also has a BA in Elementary Education from the Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Gail has experience as an elementary teacher as well as a nursery school teacher. She has held the positions of Nursery School Director, Director of Early Childhood Services, Administrative Director, Summer School Secretary, and Library Assistant. Recently, she held the position as Summer School Administrative Assistant for Acalanes Union High School District in Lafayette, CA. Gail retired in 2007. She has volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader and has served on PTA boards and School Site Councils. She was part of the Acalanes District Classified Employees Negotiating Team and the Strategic Planning Committees. She was also part of a Church Governing Board (Vestry) and is currently part of the Church choir.

Angela O'Brien
Angela is a clinical Social Worker in Berkeley, CA whose work varies from case management, advocacy, individual and group therapy, and Advanced Health Care Directive/POLST workshops. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Mills College in Oakland, CA. She then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Social Work from San Jose State University, where she was a Hartford Foundation Fellow in Geriatrics. In addition to working with older adults, Angela has passion and drive for social justice and community based advocacy. She is a volunteer with the LIFE Project, where she mentors youth with incarcerated family members. Angela is also the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization, Family of Support for Loved Ones in Prison.

Melissa Murphy
Melissa has extensive experience working with community-based
organizations to achieve organizational, program, and policy goals
in a variety of roles, including as from a Health Services Planner,
as an Executive Director of an association of 23 community-based
organizations, and as a Program Manager. As a writer she has produced
grant proposals, position papers, legislative analyses, and published
articles and letters. Melissa earned her law degree at Temple University
(Pennsylvania) and a B.A. in Anthropology from UC Berkeley. As
an attorney, she counseled a wide range of clients in Spanish as
well as English, primarily on consumer issues. Before attending
law school, she was a community organizer in the Bronx (New York
City) and the Deputy Director of Policy for the Bronx Borough President.
She enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, improving her foreign
language skills, and dancing.

Davenia Crenshaw
Davenia received her BS in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, in Lubbock Texas. She has also attended the California State University Hayward. She is currently working as an Online CSR-2 for Wells Fargo Bank in Concord, CA. She was working as a Phone Banker for Well Fargo Bank in Lubbock, TX. She has held positions as Customer Services Representative, DoctorÕs Assistant and Mentor/Coordinator for Engineering Programs. She is affiliated with the Society of Women Engineers and the Salvation Army.

Sandi Johnson
Sandi has a BS in Accounting from the California State University Hayward and a BS in Economics from the University of California Davis. She is currently working as a CPA for Johnston, Gremaux & Rossi, LLP, located in Walnut Creek, CA. She was a Tax Accountant for Murray Kalish & Associates, in Walnut Creek, CA. She has held positions as Accounting Manager, Internal Auditor, and Supervising Senior Staff Accountant. She is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the UC Davis Alumni Association, and the California CPA Society.
