Our residential housing program provides long-term transitional living to women who are eligible. Each resident has convenient access to public transportation, gorcery and drug stores. Mental health counseling, workshops and group support are also available to our residents.

The Sacramento YWCA building has rental space available for meetings, meals, performances, worship, yoga and dancing.

The ENCOREplus Breast Cancer Awareness Program offers clinical breast exams and mammograms, breast cancer education, and a water exercise program for cancer survivors.
